AMA at UCF

What We Offer

Six things the chapter runs every year. Professional development, real client work, and the people who hire.

Guest Speakers

Marketing professionals speak at chapter meetings about their work, where the industry is going, and how they got there.

5 GEB points

Case Study Competitions

Teams take a real business problem and present a solution to a panel. You leave with portfolio work and the experience of defending it.

Mentorship Program

Members are paired with someone further along, for guidance on coursework, internships, and the first job after graduation.

Workshops

Practical sessions on LinkedIn, resumes, interview prep and personal branding, run by industry professionals and experienced members.

International Collegiate Conference

AMA National's annual conference. The chapter secures funding and sends a delegation to compete and attend workshops alongside chapters from across the country.

Pegasus Promotions

The chapter's student-run agency. Members take on real marketing work for local businesses, with a client, a brief and a deadline.

All six are open to every member, from your first meeting.

Membership is open to every major and every year. Come to a meeting first if you would rather see it before you commit.
